Since our founding in 1923, we've stayed on the cutting edge in most every way. Our customer service, however, is still old fashioned. Our service reps actually answer the phone themselves (from 7:30 a.m. in Los Angeles to 8 p.m. in New York). They're friendly, polite and knowledgeable. And for eight decades, they've been empowered to solve your problems.

One way in which things have changed. All our reps are equipped with state-of-the-art computer technology. That enables them to tell you in an instant exactly where in our production process your order can be found. (Or, as is often the case, where it is in transit and how soon it will arrive.)
